Layaway:

90 day term. 10% down. If you need to extend it beyond the 90 day term please contact us. Layaway's older then 90 days can not be cancelled. No refund on layaway's older then 90 days.

Refund Policy:

No refunds on any mattress set that has been delivered or attempted to be delivered or picked up. No refunds on special order items.

Restocking Fee:

There is a $50.00 restocking fee for items that are returned.

Check Policy:

A $30.00 service fee will be accessed to all returned checks.

Comfort Warranty Policy:

CSRA area only. For your convenience we offer a 30 night comfort warranty (Just Beds wants you to be comfortable on your new bedding). Two weeks after your delivery and not more then 30 nights from your delivery date, if you are not comfortable or feel as though you are not getting the support that you need, then you may come in to our store and reselect any other mattress of equal or greater value (You will be required to pay the difference and any tax that is due.) This policy is for comfort and support, not size. This comfort warranty will be invalidated if the mattress is found to be in an unsanitary condition. The first comfort warranty exchange will not incur any additional delivery fees. There will be a $50.00 delivery fee for any subsequent exchange during the 30 day period. 

Special size mattress and/or sets:

The special size mattress set that was ordered is guaranteed to be within 1 inch of your measurements. This is considered a special ordered item and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Warranty Claims:

Please contact us if you feel there is a warranty problem with you new merchandise. There are no refunds on warranty claims. We will send an authorized warranty specialist out to examine your merchandise to make a determination of the warranty claim. This applies to the CSRA area only.

Pick Up:

We will be more then glad to load your merchandise. It will be your responsibility to tie down the merchandise. Just Beds is not responsible for any damaged merchandise that has been picked up. Please inspect merchandise before picking it up.

120% Price Guarantee: Nobody in the CSRA beats Just Beds on Price. WE Guarantee it !! We doubt that you will, but should you find the same item and the same service locally for less, we will refund the difference, PLUS an additional 20% of the difference.
